It has been awhile.....
Well.....I have to apologize for my absence from writing in this blog. Time is a precious comodity and I have had little time to do much but work! This is a blessing and I am so thankful for the work! I will be posting soon some images that have been keeping me so busy. I think you will enjoy the images!
With sweat dripping down my face as I work oustide and photograph in different venues, I know that Summer is here in full force. With all the warm weather, I know that in just a little while we will be in the middle of Fall and looking forward to Friday nights at High School Football games! I can hardly wait, so in the meantime.....I will watch baseball with a passion! My St. Louis Cardinals have been playing pretty well so far this year, but as a typical fan, I want them to win ALL the time. Last Saturday, my pretty wife, Joy and Philip and I went to a Smokies game! They are on fire this second half of the season and I plan to attend some more games.
I mentioned Joy in the previous paragraph....I thought this would be a great opportunity to update you on her health. She still has the hematoma on her liver and at present we are waiting results from a CT scan she had several days ago. She and I both expect a good report. She has been getting around and working again. We have been truly blessed that the Lord saw fit for Joy to stay on this earth a bit longer.
Philip is preparing to take the MCAT test in August and for his Senior year at UT. Wow!!! Time really does fly! Soon, he will be applying to Medical Schools and we will be starting another chapter of his life! I am so proud of him, he truly is a gift from God!
